If you forget me

Well, now,
if little by little you stop loving me
I shall stop loving you little by little.

If suddenly
you forget me
do not look for me,
for I shall already have forgotten you.

If you think it long and mad,
the wind of banners
that passes through my life,
and you decide
to leave me at the shore
of the heart where I have roots,
remember
that on that day,
at that hour,
I shall lift my arms
and my roots will set off
to seek another land.

Yes! I love this poem. Its v descriptive of my life.

Was it CJ or SN who taught us Neruda?
I wish I had kept, somewhere, a list of who taught us what in those 3 years.

And also- now that you have posted this Sve and I will be entering our 450th conversation about our love for SN. In my head she is this awesome mix of all the things she taught us plus a little bit extra- which makes her way cooler than any human being should have the right to be.

SN taught us this! CJ only taught in first year and on the first day of our lecture she was fascinated by your sir name.. I wish I had experienced SN like you guys did. I experience her more from your stories of her! Btw I love you guys!

oh yes- SN. Remember that quiz she made us do because she knew we knew nothing about South America? She asked us to name two dances from the region, and two fruits. Among other things.
